Vakuum Systems
Vacuum Pump for
Laboratory and Air Conditioning Systems
Advantages:
- Designed for high and precise vacuum levels
- Long maintenance intervals
- Maximum vacuum level: 0.5–0.05 mbar
Disadvantages:
- Not suitable for large-volume evacuation
- Require daily maintenance checks
WHEN USED WITH A VACUUM REGULATOR FOR LABORATORIES,
They enable operation within a range of 0 to -760 mmHg.
Working Principle:
Vacuum is created by the rotation of a rotor with fiberglass-reinforced vanes inside a fixed stator, utilizing centrifugal force. The self-lubricating system ensures smooth operation as the vanes sweep the stator.
Applications:
- Simple laboratory procedures
- Air conditioning gas charging
- Small-scale experimental functions
Advantages:
- Designed for high and precise vacuum levels
- Long maintenance intervals
- Maximum vacuum level: 0.5–0.05 mbar
Disadvantages:
- Not suitable for large-volume evacuation
- Require daily maintenance checks
